2017 THEME:

THE REMIX

verb  |  re·mix  |  \(ˈ)rē-ˈmiks\
To recombine audio tracks to produce a new or modified audio recording. Remixing is mostly done in the rap and hip-hop category. To remix, one can change the background beat, add or feature several new people in the song (with or without new vocals), or take out and add-in new vocals of the original song.

In 2017, we’re making history. Groups can use any song, form any genre, as long as it’s a remixed. This can be an original creation, or one made famous by an artist, regardless, this year’s attendees are in for a treat!
