BECOME A MENTOR 🤝 APPLY TODAY!

Make a difference in a student’s life. Share your real-world experiences and expertise with a student. Applicants must have either completed three or more years of professional experience after earning their first undergraduate degree, and (or in addition to) having completed a professional degree in 2021 or earlier.

Mentors will be selected for their wealth of real-world, occupational, and professional experience.

Each mentorship pair will be required to have at least one meaningful (one-hour) meeting each month. Pairs are encouraged to meet in person, text, zoom, email and correspond throughout the semester. Each pair will set goals that will provide a guide for these meetings.

We’ll match mentors and students one-on-one. We’ll do our best to pair individuals based upon college, major, career interest, potential post-graduation geographic and destination. Nora Gnabasik will reach out to each applicant to set up a 30 minute interview to get to know you as a way to be better able to match you with a mentee.

Applications for Mentors will close on Sunday, September 14 at 11:59 PM. At that point, we will apply a compatibility matrix to applicants, and then pair mentor to mentee for the greatest match possible. All individuals will be required to attend an event kick-off on Monday, September 22 or Tuesday, September 23. The Mentor Program will last from Fall 2025 through May 2026.
